Pictured above is where we’re taking things. It’s a dream. Better yet, it’s the visualization of a dream fueled by past successes, a strong support system, and unconventional thoughts on how to bring people together to celebrate the arts.
It’s a vision supported by ArtsWave, Greater Cincinnati Foundation, Ohio Arts Council, Rhinegeist, The Haile Foundation, and many donors, philanthropists, and supporters who look like you and I.
It’s a collaborative project that started on a napkin, advanced to a computer, wove its way through the University of Cincinnati, landed in the hands of an amazingly ambitious architectural team, and secured over $1,000,000 and counting.
It’s a project led by two well educated artists — one a Black male (founder) who holds a Masters of Fine Arts Degree focused in sculpture & animation, and the other, a White female who holds a Masters of Fine Arts Degree focused in studio art & painting.
It’s an example of what unity, hard work, and determination look like when local city and state leaders give a project a chance to make transformative impacts on a neighborhood’s music scene.
It’s a space that features an installation-based art gallery, an outdoor performance stage, an outdoor movie theater, and a welcoming family-friendly event lawn.
It’s a project that needs to raise less than $60,000 to unlock an additional $250,000 of funding from The State of Ohio’s Capital Budget in order to start construction in early 2025.
Please save your fears for something else. The time is now.
PHASE TWO begins with you.
