Building up to 2025

About a month ago — after first launching our Phase 2 Capital Campaign — we were extremely humbled that WCPO, Channel 9 decided to help us announce our 2025 goals in a real way! At the time of story, we were about two weeks in and had raised right around $2,500 — a humble beginning and a real number we were happy to share with our Northside community and Greater Cincinnati at large

Beyond the announcement, it was a great moment for our team as Gabi Roach — our long time Arts & Programming Coordinator — was able to get some well-deserved time to share her thoughts & excitement for the progress we've been making over the years!

If you've been to any of our events since COVID-19, you probably already know Gabi. Regardless, we've learned that many onlookers aren't familiar with how our team and community of volunteers operate in tandem, so this is a great moment for everyone! Plus, since Gabi started with PAR-Projects back in 2017 — as our first ever arts fellow — this moment also helps us illustrate that all things are possible if you have a dedicated team willing to work towards shared goals, especially when taking the slow growth approach.

So as we prepare to enter 2025 with a bit of momentum in our favor, we'd like to ask you to look out for our energy and spread the word about the outdoor entertainment venue we're building for the community.

As our main campaign website notes, the first segment of Phase 2 fundraising is all about building community awareness. We know this is a best first step because a lot of the region is not familiar with the years of work we put in during Phase 1. So if nothing else, our current efforts should create a bit of movement as we head into uncharted territory.

But as you know...
To create a movement, you must first reach the people!

So as you consider following us on Instagram; liking our page on Facebook; and/or making a quick donation HERE or via the column to the right; ... please remember Gabi's final thoughts on this process, from WCPO's coverage "...when the dream is this big, you can not think of it as a sprint."

As you may already know, when we raise $60,000, the State of Ohio will kick in $250,000 to help turn our dreams into reality, so please consider joining our efforts

When the WCPO story aired, we had raised right around $2,500. At the time of this post (a month or so later), we're just under $15,000 raised. So now... we sincerely hope you — as part of our extended community — will help us get over the $20,000 hump by the end of the year. If we're lucky, that energy will get us past the halfway point by the end of January!

  • Thank you again to the 80+ donors who have already helped us get this far so quickly!
  • Thank you to The State of Ohio for the $250,000 commitment.
  • And finally, thank YOU for your continued support.
