Materials, Reclaimed!  brings together two mixed-media artists whose practices converge through a shared commitment to reclaimed materials and layered transformation. Working with salvaged objects - broken off furniture, textiles and trash - each artist reimagines what has been overlooked, embedding new meaning into discarded objects. By recontextualizing materials, the work becomes a site of reflection on identity, relationship, and personal narrative with distinct aesthetic approaches.

Our artist talk for this exhibition took place on Saturday, April 4th.
Sarah Rodriguez and SLiNK Love joined us in The Gallery at Studeō PAR- to talk about their work in the show, their processes, and to take questions from the audience.

PAR-Projects is currently in the midst of a major community development project in Northside, Cincinnati, that is transforming 3/4 of an acre of blighted land into a contemporary arts & education center. Within their campus they currently host a fine art gallery and a number of creativity-focused artist studios. As development continues, they will open an outdoor performance stage and outdoor movie theater, truly designed as a place to gather.
